Description
Glass jar 7cm x 17.5cm with glass stopper (broken) 5cm x 5cm. White, red & gold label on front of jar- Dentifrice QuiniÆ (Quinine Tooth Powder). Label on back of jar listing ingredients (Precipitated Chalk 30oz/Powdered Myrrh 1oz/Powdered Cinchonabark 1oz/Quinine Sulphate 1oz/Rose perf q.s.) and original price label on bottom. About 2/3 contents still in jar. Fair condition-Cork in top half of stopper has broken, meaning lower half of stopper is now stuck in jar. Some general marking on inside of jar where powder has dried.
